i'm sure you saw it somewhere, that's why you think you want it. dear, just because it LOOKS easy it doesn't mean it's easy to make, and you said you have no programming experience. either start learning or hire professional help.

You would need to have a webserver capable of supporting some kind of pre-processor language like PHP/ASP for a start. You would need to have a MySQL database available, or similar, for user accounts and storing data on purchases/games. Uploading media to the site can be done with PHP/ASP pretty easily.

Explaining how to create the things you desire could take forever and can't be done via answers.

You need a decent hosting account to support the software required and you will need someone to program the website content/scripts for you… Or! You could search for free scripts which do what you want but by the sounds of it you want a bespoke application creating, not some combination of free scripts.

What you're asking for would take a book to teach you. If you are interested in really doing this post it on some of the freelance websites. This requires more knowledge then whatever is typed here.
